Payment should be made via Paypal-This is our preferred method of payment.

All teaching resources will be sent via email after payment has cleared our account. Sometimes resources will be sent via more than one email dependant upon the file size. Unless otherwise stated, all resources will be received electronically within 48 hours. However you should receive them within 24 hours of payment clearing.

As these items are sent electronically there will be no refunds given. We will work very hard with our customers should any problems arise. Any we will resolve these issues. In the case of items which are not sent electronically, refunds and exchanges may be given at the discretion of us.
